Administrative support for driver services, rental cars / workshop (m/f/d)

In the Driver Service department in our head office in the Düsseldorfer Medienhafen, you will support your future team for two years, including the following tasks: You take the written and oral communication with the drivers in first-level support and are responsible for the processing of incoming driver requests until successful completion. You process reservation requests and are responsible for coordinating workshop appointments. You support and implement operational measures to ensure driver satisfaction. You update the driver's data and provide further services to the drivers. The telephone complaint management (document of relevant information in the EDV system, advice of customers/drivers in the area of rental, active control of cooperation partners) also belong to your sphere of action

Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in the service sector Ideally know-how in customer support and/or operations department Secure handling of MS Office products Good English, knowledge of another foreign language of advantage Excellent communication skills in word and writing Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
