We are looking for a consultant for nursing and care placement (m/w/d) in parttime (31 hours/week) as a parent-time representative for our company headquarters in Stuttgart.

As an employee at the Good-Pflege-Center (m/w/d), you bring your professional know-how in consulting and support in direct contact with customers and interested parties and design precise solutions. You will advise by phone, e-mail or with the help of other technical systems on all questions concerning care and care in the Evangelical Home Foundation. You perceive the concern of customers, assess the specific needs and advise on needs-based services. You work together as a link in close interconnection with our facilities and tune with them solutions.

completed training as well as experience in social and care Knowledge about care and care at the age (SGB V, SGB XI) Consulting competence and basics of service management Active listening and problem-solving orientation first experience with CRM system desirable Team spirit, sense of responsibility and human values as motivation
