This profile brings you as a receptionist (m/w/d):

• Completed commercial training or similar

• (First) practical experience in a comparable position desirable

• Pleasure of our company's representative as the first personal contact for visitors

• Excellent handling and a well-kept look

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• English knowledge of advantage

• Embossed customer and service orientation as well as very good organization and communication skills

• Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications

• Structured, independent and reliable operation

Your future tasks as a receptionist (m/w/d):

• Organisation and support of the reception area incl. telephone center

• Administrative support of the sales and marketing team

• Creation of offers, presentations etc. according to specifications

• Handling of entry and exit mail and courier shipments

• General Secretariat and Administrative Tasks

• General administrative tasks
