Our client is an internationally active tyre wholesaler focusing on the agricultural and construction machinery industry. The established company develops its German location in the Osnabrück area in a targeted manner and expands its structures and processes.

For the Alfhausen site, we are looking for a personality who brings control experience to take responsibility and wants to actively shape the business development of the company. In this role You work closely with the German Managing Director, but also regularly report to the owners to London (UK) and Asia. The German company is responsible for the business across Europe and currently comprises about 15 employees.

Creation and further development of financial reports and business evaluations (HGB and future IFRS) Cooperation with German management and international management, including English-language reporting Support for budgeting, forecasts and deviation analyses Accompanying monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with external tax advice Analysis of costs, margins and stocks and support in commercial decisions Optimizing control processes and building efficient reporting structures

Business / commercial training or studies Finded experiences in (financial) controlling and the motivation to further expand this (distribution & logistics controlling) Safe handling of numbers and a structured, independent way of working Good knowledge of German and English A solution-oriented, hands-on mentality that likes to continue and develop processes Experience with larger systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or DATEV
