Support for the organisation of social participation schemes Organisation of leisure activities and internal events, active co-ordination of the housing environment Quality assurance in the supervision documentation and adaptation of care measures Planning and coordination of service deployment plans, including holiday and training planning Management of personnel in case of outages, ensuring the incorporation of new staff Therefore, we are looking for dedicated personalities who are not only professionally qualified, but also structured and empathic. You represent the values and philosophy of our institution and set professional standards that motivate every day.

This brings your profile: completed study or state recognition as a medical education, psychological psychotherapist (according to PsychThG), social pedagogue, social worker or ergotherapist At least two years of professional experience in the field of mental and/or mental disability or dependency disorders Impressed empathy and the ability to develop individual communication on the needs of our inhabitants Flexibility and openness for the dynamic requirements of everyday life in our institution
