The Senior IT Program and Project Manager is responsible for the management of IT programs and IT projects in the Shared Production Unit as well as the management of the Field of Competence 'Smart Manufacturing Solutions'

He is a consultant for strategic IT programs/projects/initiatives and the further development of the IT strategy and programming within the plant

Take responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the development of IT processes and requirements in coordination with business representatives within the segments and IT experts

Monitoring the implementation for identifying deviations and introduction of necessary countermeasures.

Ensuring and controlling the regular coordination of this transformation with other ongoing processes and key projects

Very well completed studies of economic engineering, business management or business informatics

Influential professional experience in organization development, IT and process consulting and extensive experience in change management in complex transformation projects

Insufficient professional experience and demonstrable successes in the management of IT program and project management in large-scale IT projects with a high level of consulting

Knowledge of Data & Analytics, Digitalization, Industry 4.0

Very good skills in project management tools, moderation, presentation and communication, in German and English

Clear focus and look at cost controlling

Ability to develop, structure and document concepts

High communicative ability to deal with different stakeholders, in particular with difficult requirements regarding standardization and adaptation requirements
