Graduate in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or a further education on the state-tested technician/master (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience Insufficient professional experience in technical building management, technical object care or in a comparable function Good knowledge of maintenance, maintenance, operator responsibility and technical maintenance and testing management Experience in tendering, awarding, controlling external service providers and factual audit Economic thinking, organisational skills and a structured, independent way of working Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with ERP systems and/or software in technical building and facility management
