Personnel support & HR-Administration Individual support of a defined group of employees from entry to exit Own implementation of interviews Creation and maintenance of relevant HR documents (e.g. in case of transfers, regroupings, contract changes) Processing of absences, medical reports, parental periods, BEM cases and special topics Accounting & Time management Cooperation with internal accounting Creation and adaptation of working time models, if necessary, in coordination with executives and the works council Partial maintenance of changes in the time economy (e.g. transfers, special regulations) Cooperation with the Works CouncilConsulting and constructive cooperation with the Works Council Preparing, voting and implementing staff measures Creation and maintenance of business agreements in cooperation with the works council and management Cooperation with executivesEnge coordination with Heads of Department on Human Questions Preparation, monitoring and documentation of employee and development talks and measures and agreements External interfacesWorking with work agency, business physician, specialists and other external partners HR Projects & ProcessesWorking on HR Projects and Continuous Development of HR Processes Ensuring compliance with labour law and operational requirements

Closed commercial training with additional qualification in the personnel sector (e.g. studies with a focus on staff, further training on the personnel businessman or businessman:in) or a comparable qualification through relevant, multiannual professional experience in operational personnel Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel desirable Good knowledge of working and business constitutional law Experience in the creation of employment contracts, contract changes, transfers, deadlines and relevant HR documents Solution-oriented thinking and pragmatic approach Safe handling of MS Office and experience with HR and time management systems desirable Very structured, careful and reliable operation High independence and sense of responsibility Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
