The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably.

in September 2026: Introduction weeks with all new apprentices and dual students 3 years of dual study from October 2026 (scientific study course next to practical experience in our company) During dual studies, the basics of business and economics (including company tax teaching, cost/performance accounting, financing and investment, marketing), information management, mathematics and statistics as well as method and social skills are taught. The real estate content extends to facility management, management, valuation and sale of real estate, including legal, technical and economic relationships (e.g. rental, brokerage, commercial and commercial property law, public and private building law, technical foundations, portfolio, asset and risk management).

Qualification: School degree: general or subject-bound university maturity, professional college maturity, commercial college II or comparable degree with the best possible result (especially in mathematics, science and German) Other: Interest in real estate and financial management and public administration good opinion careful operation good oral and written expression and pronounced social competence good IT application knowledge (Microsoft Office and Internet) Ready to use and service trips at various locations in the state of Baden-Württemberg after the introduction weeks (in addition to the main locations of Freiburg and Stuttgart also in Karlsruhe, Konstanz and Ulm)
