In the district of Marburg Biedenkopf we have three guards with about 75 colleagues: 4 RTWs in 24h shift operation 1 KTW in 8h shift operation on weekdays and in 12h shift operation on weekend We look forward to seeing you!

As a guardian, you are present on the spot in the wake-up day, the employees of the guard lead directly and are reliable contact persons for their concerns Together with the watch management team, you develop a work-oriented service and holiday planning and implement it In addition, you remain close to the action by regular operations in the operational service You represent the guard to the outside and support the area management in communication with the operational level of the rescue service provider and other partners At all this, you work closely with your area management and the guard team to develop the area together.
