you learn and carry out professional activities according to the relevant training year you accompany, promote and guide people with disabilities and mental illness in different activities and working techniques, thereby enabling them to participate in working life you participate in the creation of individual funding plans and in the documentation of the services provided, taking into account the requirements of quality management you bring yourself and your ideas into our multi-professional teams during your training you run various departments and get to know the areas of work in the workshops you are shaping our diaconic work

you have an average degree of education or a professional qualification and a completed, at least two years of training or a primary school degree with at least two years of vocational training and two years of professional practice you have an appreciation and respectful attitude towards all people you are interested in social tasks you are teamable, flexible, communicative and open-minded you are patient, sensitive, responsible, resilient and organizational you master the German language in word and writing on at least B2 level
