You start as a senior associate in our tax team and take direct responsibility in the holistic and personal care of our mandates (capital and private companies, individual companies, wealthy individuals, non-profit). In particular, you process annual accounts, tax returns and are responsible for the full-time business. During the preparation and trial period you will get to know our firm, clients and processes structured. Our team leaders will support you as a solid respondent, support you in the day-to-day business and ensure that you are in your role quickly and securely. After a successful trial period, the ascent to the team management is planned. In this role, you work closely with the partners and other team leaders in the field of Tax and Legal and bear common responsibility for the success of the whole area. To build your future team, you are actively involved in the selection of staff. A partner track is also conceivable.

Successfully completed tax consultant exams Multiannual professional experience in tax consulting – with first experience in guidance, project coordination or professional or disciplinary leadership Designed expertise in tax and business consulting, combined with a good sense of economic relationships and client needs Detection of solid sales responsibility or a strong awareness of efficient and mandant-oriented work Joy of cooperation and coordination within a management team Safe handling of DATEV and interest in digital work processes Communication strength, organizational talent and desire to advance things
