In the overall project management you conduct turnkey and complex large-scale projects (in particular school buildings) to ensure the technical and economic project success To do this, you will conduct large project teams in cooperation with the project manager TGA and our internal planning management You hold the threads of the project together and take the lead of exchange with our builders and other project participants You clarify technical details and control the award of after-contracting services with our technical purchasing You report monthly the project result to be expected towards management

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture, as an alternative, you have completed your training as a technician/master (m/w/d) and you have further training You could collect one-stop, multi-year professional experience either in the project management, the superstructure management or the 1st building management of turnkey projects in a general company or in the general contractor business Very good knowledge in the areas of scheduling, cost control, VOB and contracting form the basis for your activity You have an authentic, competent and sovereign appearance before business partners, employees and other project participants The German language dominates you in word and writing
