To actively shape and develop the technical organisation of the Badenova networks and to harmonise and optimize cross-sectoral processes in the technical department Actively help to relieve the operational areas of administrative and organisational tasks and create the basis for efficient, safe and sustainable work TSM audits as well as other internal and external audits to prepare, accompany and reprocess organisationally, as well as to coordinate and develop the operating manual, technical rules, specification documents and organisational policies Supporting the further development of operational agreements and organisational standards, making organisational structures, role descriptions and responsibilities transparent and sustainable and contributing to cross-disciplinary projects and special tasks

Master:in, technician:in or have completed a degree in the fields of economic engineering, engineering, business management, organization or a comparable discipline Experience in the analysis, evaluation and structured processing of complex facts and are safe to use common IT applications and digital organization tools Strongly and confidently move between disciplines, executives and external contact persons and can view technical and organizational relationships holistically and think across areas Ideally equipped with knowledge in process management, quality management, audit environment or control plant management, works as an organizational institution with a high own initiative and it motivates you to actively shape changes and identify and implement improvement potentials
