You support our marketing and sales team in operational day-to-day business and carry out various organizational and administrative tasks. You participate in the creation, maintenance and preparation of presentations, sales documents and marketing materials. You help in the search for market and competitive information as well as in the processing of customer data. You support the maintenance of CRM data, appointment arrangements and internal coordination with different teams. You are introducing your own ideas and helping to continuously develop our sales and marketing processes.

You are in an ongoing study – ideally focusing on marketing, communication, business, media or IT. You are interested in marketing, sales and digital solutions in the publishing environment. You work structured, reliable and independent and keep an overview of several topics. You are communicative, you like to work in the team and bring a hands-on mentality. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you – first experience with CRM systems is of advantage. You have very good German and good English skills.
