Tasks

• Care and development of one or more of the existing systems (d.velop D.3, Infor IGF, Mobilexpense, Rexx)
• Implement new processes together with the respective departments
• Acquisition of (partial) project management and development as well as implementation of specifications for technical implementation
• Ensure the operation and updating of infrastructure and analysis and problem solving together with key users
• Edit faults in 2nd level support
• Documentation and maintenance of processes and systems
• Monitor and expand existing interfaces (M365/Salesforce/...)
• Implementation of internal training

Our requirements

• Insufficient professional experience as a key user / system user / application manager with sound knowledge in at least one of the above systems
• Experience with interface integration (e.g. to M365, Salesforce)
• Experience in the use and administration of database systems
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
• Structured operation and great care in documentation
• Flowing German knowledge for communication with our departments
