Responsibility from the beginning: challenging, varied tasks in own real estate stock Organisation, coordination and construction work Collection of actual state and concept creation for rebuilds in own real estate stock Ensuring the achievement of future, economic and contractual project objectives Support and advice on construction and organizational issues

Basic knowledge of building and/or construction planning and construction management of regular maintenance and modernization. Experience in costing, tendering, awarding and monitoring of construction services Self-organized work: You are able to work independently and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Team skills: You are a team player and contribute to the positive working atmosphere. Safe handling of office applications: Basic knowledge is required. Ready for business trips and external appointments
