Production management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a production line for our plant in Blumberg, which successfully operates and further develops our system developed for the requirements of the automotive industry.

Tasks: General responsibility for production and production at the Blumberg plant Implementation of productivity-enhancing processes Support in the planning, control and optimization of production processes (capacity planning, layout and flow optimization) Implementation of Lean Management, CVP and Six-Sigma initiatives to increase efficiency and quality ensuring quality standards in accordance with internal requirements and external standards; Coordination of deviation and CAPA processes Budget responsibility, cost control, investment and introduction of measures Staff deployment planning, leadership, and development of employees promotion of occupational safety, health protection and environmental conditions; Implementation of HSE programmes Cooperation with other departments (engineering, purchasing, logistics, quality) to optimize supply chains and material flows Implementation of standard work instructions, work instructions and documentation obligations reporting to management/location management; Creation of key figures (KPIs) such as OEE, reject rate, personnel productivity Continuous improvement of processes, introduction of new technologies and automation solutions

Complete university studies or comparable technical/industrial training (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) Multiannual relevant management responsibility in production, ideally in the automotive, subcontracting or manufacturing industry Knowledge of Lean Management, 92SIX Sigma/Quality Methods, 5S, TPM Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MES / production control Strong analytical skills, problem-solving competence and outcome orientation Leadership, Conflictability, Coaching and Development capabilities persistence and enforcement strength combined with high sense of responsibility and healthy pragmatism high self-responsibility Embossed communication, leadership and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English
