We have a place for you! Your tasks include the commissioning, shutdown and control of the facilities of the shopping center Sachsen Allee Chemnitz (SAC) that are necessary during operation. You carry out safety-relevant tests of technical installations and escape routes. As a central contact for our rental partners in technical problems, you also carry out smaller repair work yourself. Furthermore, you coordinate external service providers and accompany foreign companies in structural measures. This place is for the first time limited to 2 years.

You have completed training in a technical craftsmanship, preferably electrical engineering, or alternatively in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitary and, in the best case, have been able to gain professional experience in the field of domestic engineering for several years. As an all-round talent with always friendly appearance, you will always find the right solution for all requirements together with business people, colleagues and superiors. You like to take responsibility for smaller projects and convince yourself by your independent work and are ready to work in shift and standby.
