A customer centre with 4 service teams is located at the Berlin site. A service team manages an inventory of around 1,300 residential units, increasing trend. Each service team has a construction management. This consists of a construction manager and one/one employee in construction management. We are looking for one at the next possible time: Construction Manager (m/d) (debate group 10 TVöD Bund / grade A 10 BBesG, ID: OSWO1021, Stellen‐ID 1487106) The setting is terminated. Coordination of technical demand planning for quarter development and construction measures including external project tax, architects, expert planners, experts and authorities Perception of the building function and the contract controlling in quarter development and construction measures, planning of planning, coordination of planning and implementation of construction measures Participation in the development of cross-cutting measures according to relevant housing economic topics (e.g. decommissioning, demography, climate protection, mobility and energy) Moderation of construction meetings and execution of regular appointment, quality and cost controls, including relevant acceptances and audits (e.g. AHO, HOAI and construction services) Coordination of the restoration of the rentability of apartments as part of handovers, support in lease adjustment procedures in the context of modernisation, interface function for tenant communication in coordination with contract management and management Implementation of state-of-the-art measurements and assessments using the relevant technical procedures (e.g. BBN, RÜV according to RBBau) Monitoring and safeguarding the documentation of operator and transport obligations in housing Development of annual and medium-term construction and investment programmes in accordance with technical requirements and housing concepts Implementation of technical reporting and economic considerations and implementation and participation in the provision of needs for the award of planning, construction and services Implementation of a warranty management for planning and construction services Collection of all relevant data and funding in the IT systems SAP R/3 ERP 6.0/RE‐FX and AiBATROS

Qualification: Completed university degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering or another comparable technical discipline Competences: Experience in the perception of the building function as well as experience in the care of quarter development and construction measures, preferably in the housing industry experience in the performance image according to the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI; Knowledge in building project management according to AHO is desirable.
