Rental Development & Rental Law Development and adaptation of existing leases taking into account legal requirements, internal guidelines and corporate regulations Implementation of rental changes in modernization and value improvement measures according to § 559 BGB Participation in the integration and application of rental levels in the ERP system Economics & Planning Maintenance, testing and further development of ongoing economic calculations under exhaustion of legal possibilities Creation of accounts and active participation in the annual economic planning of the department Compilation of statistics, evaluations and basis of decision Communication and cooperation Written and telephone correspondence with tenants, their representations and internal and external business partners Technical coordination with adjacent areas of mie-relevant questions Projects & Development Accompanying specialised projects, in particular with regard to rental development, system adaptation and process optimization

Expertise Closed commercial vocational training, ideally as a real estate businessman At least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the area of rental development, stock management or renting Good knowledge of rental law, in particular in the handling of existing rents, lease adjustments and modernisation measures Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems of housing, ideally Wodis Sigma or SAP Personal competencies Embossed self-organisation and structured time and task management High detail accuracy and careful, reliable operation Number affinity and understanding of economic relations Reliability, teamability and cross-sectoral thinking
