Construction technician: in charge of our facility management

We are a medium-sized subsidiary of the Austrian Dorotheum Group in the luxury segment with headquarters and manufacture in Ulm. Our stores are places of encounter, aesthetics and appreciation for our customers: both for our team for almost 150 years. We are looking for a:n Construction technicians:in for our facility management in parttime to 25-30 hours/week

We are looking for a technically experienced personality that is responsible for the planning and coordination of maintenance work and minor modifications at our central location in Ulm and at our six other locations in Germany:

technical maintenance: You coordinate maintenance and maintenance and carry out minor repairs on domestic installations. Support for reconstructions and projects: you plan, visualize and control smaller reconstructions, adaptations and renovations at our sites. In addition, pick up offers and make comparisons. Contact person on site: You are the central contact person for authorities and external service providers and ensure that all voting is done smoothly.
