Tasks that keep you posted: As Chief Product Owner (CPO), you know how to make the Product Owner (PO) and System Owner (SO) “more than yourself”? Are you working on long-term goals and strategies to develop and implement business objectives? Even in exceptional situations, do you have an overview and can your product teams always support you effectively? Then take the booklet in our hands: You are also responsible for the SAP Solutions Hub strategy, taking into account the business and IT strategy. You support the POs and SOs in the development of the resulting system or systems. Product strategy and roadmap. You enable the POs and the SOs to implement the strategy in their products and systems, set guidelines and shape processes for targeted and effective product development, always along the technical needs and in close coordination with stakeholders. Together with the other CPOs and Engineering Managers, you work on the continuous development of your area of responsibility (including the sustainable and continuous improvement of processes and processes) and coordinate them across areas.
