As a production assistant (m/w/d), you will be part of a team responsible for the production of high-quality products. In this position, you will get to know our machines and plants, support their operation and contribute to a smooth production process. In addition to the task of correctly adjusting the machines, you are also responsible for ensuring that the manufactured parts meet the quality requirements. Whether as a production assistant, production staff or machine operators - your help is indispensable for the success of production.

• Monitoring and operation of machinery and equipment in production
• Adjust and wait the machines to ensure trouble-free operation
• Quality control of manufactured goods according to predetermined standards
• Documenting work and production processes
• Working in the continuous improvement process within production

We are looking for

We are looking for motivated candidates for the position as a production assistant (m/w/d). First experience in production or as a production aid is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. We are particularly important for a high degree of commitment and the ability to work quickly into new tasks.

• Experience in handling machinery or equipment
• readiness to work in the 3-shift system (breakfast, late shift and night shift) and weekends
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Teamability and reliability
• Good knowledge of German to understand written and oral instructions
