Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing optimization projects within the supply chain
• Development of project objectives, milestones and resource plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Risk and chance assessment within the proactive management projects
• Identification and analysis of process weaknesses and development of sustainable solutions
• Implementation of new processes, methods and systems to increase efficiency and digitize the supply chain
• Identification and implementation of best practices for continuous improvement within the organization
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies of economic engineer, business informatics, engineering, technical studies or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in the supply chain, aerospace, process optimization and project management -Expressed knowledge in change management, lean management, total quality management (problem solution methods) and with Six Sigma or in process modelling
• Knowledge of how to handle MS-Office and SAP
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Own initiative and communication competence, sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
