We are looking for our state-of-the-art production plant in 95466 Bayreuth/Weidenberg at the next time you (m/w/d) as: Logistics (m/w/d)

In this position, the focus is not on classical leadership tasks, but on operational excellence: You actively participate in day-to-day business, keep an overview even at high pressure and control several complex processes in parallel. You report directly to the commercial management and play a central role in the organization and development of the logistics processes.

Coordination and professional guidance of a team of about 6 employees Active cooperation in the operational warehouse and logistics business (e.g. receipt of goods, commissioning, cargo securing) Coordination and control of the internal material flow and the storage and removal of goods Ensuring timely material delivery for production Organisation and implementation of regular inventory controls and maintenance of stock data to ensure the availability and optimization of stock Continuous improvement of storage processes and participation in the introduction of digital warehouse management systems

Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services Further training required as logistics master (IHK), industrial master logistics, specialist for logistics systems (IHK) or as technical specialist (IHK) with logistics reference Multiannual practical experience in logistics/storage – ideally in a production environment As an alternative, strong expertise as an operational logistics company with high process security Ability to coordinate several complex processes simultaneously even under time pressure Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation Team orientation as well as the ability to guide employees professionally Safe handling of goods management systems and basic IT applications Possibly necessary Knowledge in the construction or finished parts area is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
