Successfully completed studies of economics or law with a focus on staff or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the field of personnel, ideally as HR Business Partner/ Personnel Officer Experience in project management and the design of strategic processes, ideally also in change management Strong consulting competence, service orientation and strong conviction in dealing with different stakeholders Responsibility and discretion and reliability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Nobody is perfect!
