The Christophorus Association was founded in 1968 and is one of the established institutions of integration aid in Baden-Württemberg. It follows an antroposophically shaped approach in the accompaniment and support of people with assistance needs. The range of services includes housing, assistance in one's own housing, workshops for people with disabilities, vocational training, support and support services as well as various leisure and participation opportunities. The offer is supplemented by the subsidiary Sonnenhalde gGmbH with further social therapeutic offers for children, young people and adults. At several locations in Müllheim, Niederweiler, Kandern and Görwihl, some 350 employees are committed to supporting people with assistance needs. Together with your colleagues, you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the educational orientation and the future-oriented further development of the Christophorus community. Your responsibility lies in the areas of housing, workshops for people with disabilities, vocational training, promotion and support services as well as other social-therapeutic offers, including the support of the Sonnenhalde gGmbH subsidiary with around 500 seats. With far-sightedness, you develop personalised and economically viable services and align them with the future needs of integration aid. You actively shape change processes, promote modern organisational structures and successfully implement strategic concepts together with executives and employees. As a persuasive personality, you represent the organization against cost-holders, authorities, network partners and bodies, conduct negotiations at eye level and represent the Christophorus community inward and outward.

A completed study of social work, social management, pedagogy or a comparable subject form your technical basis; Economic knowledge is advantageous. Multiannual leadership experience in the social economy – ideally within the integration aid or a complex social enterprise – as well as experience in the strategic development of organizations and services, qualify for this task. Finding knowledge in social law, in particular in integration aid, connects with economic thinking and a pronounced implementation competence. Communication strength, negotiation skills and decision-making pleasure are just as important as integrity, self-reflection and a value-adding, equity-oriented leadership style.
