V. is a competent and reliable carrier of facilities of outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary old aid as well as numerous social-diaconical advisory services based in Bad Oeynhausen. Around 350 employees are responsible for the people in our care. For our quality management we are looking for a*n Projektmanager (m/w/d) in parttime

You accompany and secure the structure, process and result quality in our facilities. You ensure the implementation of the quality management manual in the facilities. Develop and accompany the continuous improvement process. You are responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and implementation of an audit plan. For quality testing, you act as the first contact partner*in (m/w/d). You carry out professional training and guidance from managers and employees.

(m/w/d) or health care provider (m/w/d). You ideally have a degree in nursing management. In addition, you could already gain experience in care. Your knowledge of audits, such as the WTG authorities and the MDK, are safe. You bring a high degree of organizational capacity and firm work. A quick understanding as well as honesty and solution-oriented thinking are yours.
