Your tasks

• As a sales representative (m/w/d) with simultaneous disposition tasks in the Kieswerk Zeithain, you accept orders and dispose of our aggregates by rail and truck
• You are a service partner for our sales service and our customers
• Between the field service and the internal specialist departments, you are responsible for smooth interface management (e.g. dispo/logistics, master data management, controlling)
• You create offers and contracts and also take care of their renewal
• From offer to monitoring to order processing, you keep everything in mind
• For alerts, you prepare the data and support the team
• You care about project information and customer data carefully in the CRM system
• You also help with complaints and find customer-oriented solutions
• You train customers and are a contact person for our digital sales solutions
• In the medium term, you will take over the line of our connecting path and develop this area

Your profile

• You have a completed commercial training or logistics, e.g. as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), office merchant (m/w/d), freight forwarder (m/w/d) or comparable
• Ideally, you could gain first experience in sales or logistics
• You bring well-founded PC skills in MS Office / Google Workspace and at best SAP and Salesforce with
• You are very good German knowledge in word and writing, basic English skills are desirable
• You are owned by driving class B
• If you are service-oriented and you have a quick understanding of your strengths, you fit perfectly into our team
