Professional leadership of a team of engineers Ensuring plant safety and availability from an economic point of view Planning, management and implementation of investment and optimization projects Close cooperation with internal specialist departments (e.g. production, QS, F&E) Coordination with external service providers, consultants and authorities Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and quality standards Working with audits, qualifications and validations Representation of the Head of Division in absence Analysis of technical indicators and derivation of improvement measures Creation of reports and presentations for field management

Successfully completed studies in process engineering, civil engineering, technical building equipment (TGA) or a comparable subject Finded professional experience in a relevant technical environment Ideally practical experience in GMP-regulated production environment Proven leadership skills, ideally with responsibility for budgets and resources Knowledge in project management and ideally in handling CAD software Excellent sense of responsibility and high quality standards Strong communicative skills and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of international communication Joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
