For our Bingen site we are looking for you as (Senior) project manager IT & MES-Systeme (gn).

In this role you take responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of projects. You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and ensure that appointments, costs and quality goals are reliably adhered to.

Your role in our team Management and implementation of global projects in the production and MES environment including deadline, cost and quality responsibility Planning and implementation of MES implementations and global rollouts as well as support for transformation projects (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) Responsibility for global operation, support and further development of the MES system Control of tests, changes, releases and incident and problem management Leadership and coordination of international, interdisciplinary teams Close cooperation with global stakeholders, IT, SAP CoE and departments

Your profile Complete studies in engineering, in the natural or economic sciences with a technical focus Multiannual experience in project management (approximately 3-5 years), ideally in the MES, IT or production environment Funded knowledge in project management methods as well as in budget and resource management Experience in operating IT systems such as MES or SAP routine in cooperation with international stakeholders and teams Structured, independent and result-oriented mode of operation with pronounced analytical thinking Communication strength, team skills and first leadership experience High self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility Very good English knowledge of word and writing, German knowledge of advantage International readiness
