As a team leader Cloud & Infrastructure, you take responsibility for our frontend, backend and cloud systems. You are a hand-on-oriented leadership person who is deeply involved in technical issues, actively involved in architectural, design and implementation decisions, and their team leads through technical excellence, clear structures and best practices.

You assume the overall responsibility for front-end, back-end and cloud architecture of our products and platforms Active participation and further development of our web frontends and backend services You track the continuous optimization of a highly available, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure Definition and enforcement of technical guidelines, coding standards and best practices for their responsibility Close cooperation with the fields of firmware, mobile, hardware, testing and system engineering You support the international team building and take over the disciplinary leadership and the development of an internationally established developer team Assessment of new technologies, frameworks, platforms and operational models Ensuring stability, security, performance, availability and scalability of the entire systems

Complete study of computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development, maintenance and operation of complex frontend and backend systems Very good understanding of modern web and backend architectures (e.g. microservices, REST/Event-based APIs, messaging) Very good experience with cloud-based systems and distributed architectures Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure concepts Experience in leadership of development teams, ideally also in remote teams You have a high level of quality awareness, structured and analytical working methods as well as pronounced system thinking Very good communication skills also in the international and interdisciplinary environment Good English knowledge of word and writing
