Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Frankfurt am Main The Global Service Management “Bosch Service Center” is responsible for the global Bosch contact management for 95 countries in 26 languages, with the aim of offering Bosch customers the best possible user experience. You support the further development of this service, especially with our Digital Service Portfolio focusing on social media. Together with the project management team, you accompany the implementation of new services and take responsibility for exciting work packages such as the creation of sales presentations and contracts. You act as a contact person in marketing the services and assists in commercial customer support. In cooperation with the global service teams, you are driving forward the further development of the process optimization, digitization and reporting services. You plan and initiate communication measures for Bosch-intern communities and moderate them. You bring your ideas to quality assurance and support the global quality management team. As part of our international team, you interact independently with the colleagues of the seven service locations and support the coordination of various tasks.

Education: successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, or in a comparable discipline, the firm project to start a Master's degree personality and working methods: analytical and conceptual skills; independent, structured and targeted procedures; sense of targeted communication; strong organisational capacity and intercultural competence Experiences and know-how: ideally first practical experience in the independent implementation of projects Enthusiasm: international cooperation and development of new topics Languages: knowledge of German and English in word and writing
