Examination of existing contract master files using the deposited contractual documents in our contract management system Formalize Correction of incorrect or incomplete entries, e.g. in the case of contract names, contractual partners, term periods or notice periods Supplementing missing information according to clearly defined work instructions Unified designation and categorisation of contracts according to predefined standards Labelling of uncertainties and special cases for further clarification by contract management Participation in the sustainable improvement of data quality as a basis for time-limit monitoring, evaluation and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA)

enrolled student, ideally in an economic, administrative or information science course Careful, structured and reliable operation – even with recurring tasks Safe handling of digital documents and common office applications readiness to work quickly into a new system (formalize) Good eye for inconsistencies and errors in data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Legal knowledge is not required
