You take over the medical management of the site with a team of over 50 employees You take the finding of MRTs, CTs and X-ray examinations of different questions You are responsible for the review with your over 10 medical colleagues: You work closely with the medical regional management and develop Evidia standards together You take responsibility for the development of the site and are supported by a strong team of industry experts in our central units You are responsible for the continuous development of your medical colleagues: You accompany and support assistant physicians on their path to specialist medical recognition and create attractive framework conditions for long-term cooperation You establish new radiological technologies, digital solutions and innovative services and continuously develop the range of services of the site You encourage and support interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues in the outpatient care environment and strengthen the professional exchange with doctors and cooperation partners

You have a completed specialist training as a specialist in radiology (m/w/d), ideally with CT and MRT certificates in the area of prostate and/or heart You are a team player with strong social competence and good communication skills You draw from reliability, independence and a high sense of responsibility You may have experiences from previous leadership positions, ideally in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams
