You carry out reliability forecasts and technical risk management in the areas of ground-bound air defense, steering missiles and drones. The calculation, search and adaptation of reliability values (MTBF) according to relevant standards is a core component of your activity. In addition, you are responsible for the interpretation of manufacturer and field data regarding life and repair periods as well as the analysis of the results. You support the creation and optimization of deep LCC models in the above-mentioned areas and contribute to the further development of methods and tools in the field of reliability prediction, for example using Isograph Reliability Workbench, MIL-HDBK-217, 217Plus or NPRD. Creating RAM and LCC reports completes your diverse range of tasks.

Your completed studies in the field of aerospace technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or a comparable field is the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you have extensive experience in the area of RAM, LCC and FMECA and provide sound knowledge in reliability technology and statistical evaluation procedures. VBA knowledge and secure handling of Excel are of course for you. Ideally, you have already been involved in the development of military systems and have experience in requirements engineering; Knowledge of the standards S3000L, S2000M etc. are advantageous. .
