Manager Independence & Corporate Governance (m/f/d)

As Manager Independence and Corporate Governance (m/w/d), you will advise our partners, directors and customer teams on the requirements of the EU audit reform as well as legal and regulatory issues, which are also subject to career prospects.

Consultation: In a time-critical environment, you provide legal advice on independence issues and support in ordering. Contract analysis: When creating and analyzing (inter-)national contracts, you will participate and assist in decision-making. EU audit reform: You are involved in complex, legal-regulatory consultations in a capital market-oriented environment - directly at the interface between Independence and Audit Capture. Independence: The further development and monitoring of our internal processes will help you to ensure compliance with the Independence requirements. Further education: In addition, you will set up training materials and perform events on Independence.

Successful degree in economics or law and/or ideally a completed auditor exam Relevant professional experience in an audit firm and knowledge of German, European and international independence requirements (HGB/EU-APrVO/IESBA Code of Ethics) desirable Sovereignty in internal and external communication, experience in implementing projects and reliability and team spirit High commitment, structured, independent, solution-oriented working, joy in challenges, a great deal of secrecy and safe handling of MS-Office readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
