Strategic customer support and development: support and individual development of about 70 key accounts together with the Client Success Team. Focus on deepening business relations at a comprehensive, strategic level

Use Cases Understanding: Developing deep understanding of the Use Cases of your Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to specifically present long-term solutions and added value for their challenges

Contract negotiations: Leading negotiations at the highest decision-making level with a focus on tailor-made, long-term growth

Solution-oriented advice: customer advice based on their specific requirements and the development of customized product solutions based on our Statista platform

Networks and presence: building and maintaining a broad network within the customer structure as well as participating in trade fairs and industry events to increase visibility and lead generation

Graduate in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Consulting or a comparable field

5-10 years of experience in strategic key account management, preferably in the SaaS or platform business, with proven successes in the support and development of large customers

Funded understanding of corporate structures and the specific use cases of ICPs and the ability to develop individual solutions based on these requirements

Experience in contract negotiations and the application of value-selling methods

High communication competence and a sense for networks at C-level level

Experience with personal meetings and a readiness to travel within the DACH region (about 25%)

Team-oriented and solution-oriented working and a strong sense of responsibility

Flowing German and English skills
