Senior Consultant (m/w/div)

in full or part-time.

Where we need your help:

With your expertise and commitment, you build up our sociotherapy and accompany people with mental illnesses to make their everyday life stable and self-determined.

• They develop our socio-therapeutic service and make the offer known in the region. For this, you can network with relevant actors: in the health and social sectors.

• They support clients in building a reliable everyday structure. Together you plan daily and weekly routines, promote helpful routines and make meaningful activities for a stable everyday life.

• With empathy, attention and an empathic, communicative personality, you motivate people in stressful situations of life. They help to organize and encourage clients to perceive therapeutic and medical offers.

• They promote social skills, actively participate in crisis prevention and help to avoid falling. You document the progress of the support reliably and conscientiously, keep progress, agree with the client: within goals and, if necessary, create reports for doctors or cost-beneficiaries.

• You have a completed study of social work or social education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) as well as at least three years of professional experience in psychiatric care (ambulant and/or stationary).
