Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible analysis, evaluation, design and coordination of complex commercial tender, tender and contract documents in cooperation with internal departments Creation of quotations, sales and payment plans taking into account project-specific requirements and identification and assessment of opportunities and risks Preparation, implementation and follow-up of complex contract and price negotiations with national and international customers, as well as control of internal release processes Coordination of the integration and commissioning of subcontractors:in addition to ensuring the contractual and price agreement between customer and subcontractor contracts, as well as commercial management and management of complex projects with regard to appointments, costs, risks, contractual compliance and customer satisfaction Management of commercial topics during project execution, implementation of reviews, development and implementation of solutions to commercial issues, responsibility for sales and payment planning, cost-to-complete process, invoice, receivable management and audit-proof contractual documentation

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a comparable discipline Long-term professional experience in commercial project management as well as in the negotiation of complex national and international contracts as well as sound knowledge in international contract law, relevant legal regulations and in the active assessment and conception of commercial and legal contractual conditions Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and safe handling of commercial IT applications such as MS-Office and SAP Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing, pronounced analytical skills, high decision-making strength, readiness to use and ability to edit complex facts structured High intercultural competence as well as pronounced communication and negotiation strength
