Advising our clients (Private Equity & Corporates) as part of M&A projects and creating Financial Due Diligence, Mitgestaltung SPA, Review Closing Accounts, Carve-Out Analysis and Financial Fact Books for planned M&A transactions (national and international) Creation of interactive dashboards and chapters of Financial Due Diligence / Financial Factbooks, Teaser or IM Support for the sale of companies (Vendor Assistance and Vendor Due Diligence) Financial analysis, e.g. financial modeling, analysis of capital market data and business models Assessment of companies (small, mid and large caps) as well as assets under different occasions (including good-night/indicative reviews, purchase price allocation and fairness opinions) Support for projects in the context of M&A transactions, social restructuring and special stock audits Financial Modeling Support and Model Premises for Business Assessments and Transactions

Successfully completed study of economics or a comparable degree course with relevant study areas Multiannual experience in valuation and/or transaction consulting/M&A, Financial Due Dilligence Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Happy work in the team
