Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Coordination of personnel use and predictive deployment planning Ensuring the timely delivery of mechanical engineering products in best quality Planning work steps and assignment of tasks Responsibility for the construction and commissioning of the plants Cooperation with specialist departments to solve technical challenges Analysis and Improvement of Processes

Complete technical training, training as master or technician in mechanical engineering (or comparable qualification) First leadership experience of advantage Experience in cabinet construction Basic knowledge of the use of process control systems of advantage Structured, solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team spirit High commitment, quality awareness and technical understanding
