Responsibility for product vision, strategy and development of S-KIPilot Ensuring user-centred products and fulfilling users:internal needs Control of the entire product life cycle from idea to market introduction Priority of requirements, care of the backlog, data-based decision making Close cooperation with development teams, stakeholders and customers: Clear communication of product vision and coordination of all parties to common objectives Application of agile methods, promoting self-organized working methods and modern working culture

Completed studies (economic, engineering, computer science or comparable) as well as several years of professional experience in product management (about 6+ years), ideally in the Sparkassen financial group Experience in roles such as project management, Business Owner:in, Product Owner or application support, as well as sound knowledge of operations in the Sparkassen financial group (sales to mark sequence) Ability to develop and implement long-term, user-centric product strategies as well as strong decision-making and prioritization competence (including backlog management, data-based) Technical understanding in the field of generative AI (e.g. GPT, Agentic AI) and ability to develop innovative, user-oriented solutions Impressed communication strength and experience in cooperation with different stakeholders and stakeholders Experience in agile working methods and high flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments High self-initiative, self-organisation, innovation orientation and continuous learning
