... we need you as an interface to the manufacturers of wind turbines. Your mission? You network in the industry and intensify our contact with the distributors of the plant manufacturers – you exchange by phone or meet at trade fairs. The challenge is to establish a correct level of liability, because we are not the only ones who need wind power plants. What news is there on the market? What type of plant causes problems and is, for example, louder than planned? What technical innovations do manufacturers have in planning? You take up the industry whisper and are at the level of technical development. With your fingertips, you enter into intensive (price) negotiations with the manufacturers of the delivery and maintenance contracts. Your care is in demand. For: 40 to 50 pages per contract, as well as installations, must be read and understood – lawyers and the neighboring team “Technology” are happy to support you. With your strength of argument, you make sure that – if necessary – passages in the contract are re-formulated for us as client. Even after the signing of the contracts, you are here (until the start-up of the parks): fit the invoices to the negotiated contractual contents How do we react to delays in delivery? What content of the contract is to be implemented at what stage of the implementation phase? How much to do in this topic varies from phase to phase. In order to be able to immerse yourself even deeper into the wind, there will be a second working area for you. You will enter the project development, for example in projects with our cooperation partners. Depending on the maturity of the wind project, your tasks differ. In the early stages, you control the external acquisitions that secure the areas for us; in the later phases you accompany the approval processes. Species, nature, water protection – everything needs to be clarified with our commissioned experts. Here, too, you are always the controlling part. You want to be active at the beginning? Then you can also enjoy searching for new cooperations. Experience has shown that it is easy to talk with potential partners. Making the deal windproof is the challenge.
