Mandatory internship in HR recruiting/ human resources (m/f/d)

You support applicant management from the screening of documents to the appointment organization and correspondence. You accompany interviews, support internal employees and also conduct applicant interviews. You start and manage job advertisements and participate in active candidate search. You are the first contact person for applicants and customers and are working on their concerns. You take administrative tasks and work on projects.

You are a registered student (BWL, Psychology, Economics, Education Management, etc.). You are interested in personal topics and joy in working with people. You can control MS Office safely. You speak fluent German and ideally also English. You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented and bring your own ideas.
