You are jointly responsible for building a new Lakehouse in the AWS cloud

When developing and optimizing our data processing processes, you will significantly participate

You take responsibility for designing and implementing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (S3, Athena, Lambda, etc.)

You are advising and supporting colleagues (m/w/d) in providing, maintaining and optimizing our existing Data Warehouse Hub solutions

Ensuring data quality and identifying and implementing performance optimizations are also your tasks

You work closely with other agile teams, specialist and IT departments

You have successfully completed or completed a computer science or business informatics program a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience as a data engineer or in a comparable position

You bring well-founded knowledge of AWS technologies, especially S3, Athena, Glue and related services with

You have very good python skills and experience with data processing frameworks (Polars, Pandas, PySpark) and experience with SQL databases
