For our modern and innovative location Stuttgart-Vaihingen we are looking for two working students in the field of construction financing (m/w/d). Our team has the holistic goal of supporting the customers in their construction financing from the application to the payment and repayment. As a student, you have the opportunity to help us to optimize existing processes and to get to know various activities.

Various support: After being incorporated, you can support our teams in the processing of building financing operations and actively contribute to the optimization of processes. Organisational cooperation: You are proactively addressing organizational issues and helping to develop efficient solutions. Self-responsible work: You carry out your tasks independently and responsibly and have the opportunity to develop and implement flexible and innovative ways of working. Team success: With your personality and commitment, you contribute significantly to the success of our team and help us achieve our goals. Learning and development opportunities: You have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in building financing and develop yourself professionally and personally.

You are currently enrolled in a degree course and are ideally interested in building financing and/or insurance. You like to work in a structured and self-contained manner and draw your attention through a quick understanding. You show your own initiative, you like to work in the team and are reliable. You have a very good verbal and written expression in German and can communicate complex facts clearly and precisely. You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and can use it effectively. First experience in the construction finance/insurance industry is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. You are open to creative and innovative solutions and enjoy dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
