The clinic for anaesthesia, surgical intensive care and pain therapy at the Vivantes Klinikum Operational interventions with modern and individually adapted anesthesia procedures accompany the urban. Over 12,000 sedations, anesthesia and regional anesthesia are carried out annually in 11 operating rooms and other functional areas. The interdisciplinary intensive care unit has 15 beds and is managed by the Department of Internal Medicine – Cardiology. Anesthesia brings its perioperative and intensive medical expertise into interdisciplinary care. More than 1,200 patients are supplied annually after severe illnesses, injuries or major interventions. Specialized nurses and intensive medically experienced doctors ensure a high level of professional and technical care.

Management and strategic development of the clinic according to current medical quality standards with own budget and earnings responsibility further development of a powerful, economic and interdisciplinary operating organization for 11 operating rooms including capacity, process and resource control leadership, development and binding of the medical team as well as active shaping of change processes Strategic development of outpatient and cross-sector anaesthesiological and operative supply structures, in particular against the background of the requirements of § 115b and § 115f SGB V further development of perioperative and interdisciplinary pain therapy as well as the active participation of interdisciplinary intensive medical care and further development of the interfaces between anesthesia, cardiology and operational specialist departments Instrumentation of NEF and TNA in coordination with internal medicine – cardiology and central emergency Constructive cooperation with the surgical and conservative clinics, care, function services and administration as well as active cooperation within the Vivantes network and the Medical Board

Specialist in anaesthesiology with many years of clinical experience with doctoral studies as well as proven leadership experience in responsible management additional development of emergency medicine as well as many years of experience in acute and emergency medical care; Special pain therapy and intensive medicine as well as detectable experience in cardioanesthesia are desirable Wide clinical expertise in general and regional anaesthesia, perioperative medicine and well-founded experience in intensive medical care and perioperative acuperic therapy proven experience in the management and development of larger medical teams and in the design of change processes; safe, binding and solution-oriented leadership style with pronounced communication and conflictability Experience gained in the OP organization and process optimization including interdisciplinary coordination, capacity and resource management as well as experience in the economic management of clinical areas and in dealing with budget and performance indicators Experience in the development of outpatient and cross-sector supply structures as well as strategic and process-oriented thinking to develop modern and efficient treatment paths a capacity for interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and engagement and didactic competence in medical education, further education and training; Compliance with the requirements for obtaining the right to further education Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
