You are responsible for the cold acquisition and actively gain business partners: in different channels and portals for our dual study.

You'll get a clear focus on performance and final orientation from Leads.

You are relying on sustainable corporate relationships and enthusiastically with high-quality advice, including former practical partners for long-term, successful cooperation.

You work with specific KPIs and target systems, such as daily calls, weekly targets and graduation rates.

You are a sales expert:with 2 to 5 years of experience in the B2B sector, ideally with 1–2 years of cold acquisition experience in the HR/People context. At the same time, you have an understanding of the distribution of complex products.

Sales is for you a challenge that you master with mind, drive, resilience and final focus.

You have fun at first contact, self-motivation and target orientation and do not let yourself be discouraged by a “no”.

You are confident in handling KPIs and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Twilio).

You convince by your reliable and structured way, bring you in as a team player and keep a cool head even in stressful times.

You have a completed training or study and communicate with you in German.
